04 / Before we talk
Straight answers.
A clear scope. No mystery fees.
Your team stays in control.
Is this a fit for my team?+
Start here if your team repeats a task with clear inputs and an output someone can check—such as a quote draft, email reply, or job update. You need someone who knows the task and can review the test. A one-off problem or a task that needs AI to act alone is not a fit for this pilot.
Is this really free?+
Yes. There is no LMG setup fee for the agreed pilot and no required purchase. We ask for honest feedback, not a testimonial. If a task cannot fit the free pilot, we say so before you agree to anything.
Will I need to buy software?+
We start with the tools you already use where possible. There are no required surprise fees. Any optional software or usage cost needs your separate approval. If the task cannot be tested free, we suggest a free alternative or decline it.
What access do you need?+
Start by describing the task, not by sharing customer data or passwords. We use made-up or redacted examples first. Access to live accounts needs a separate scope and your approval, limited to what the work needs.
What will AI be allowed to do?+
In this pilot, it can sort information or prepare work for a person to check. It will not send customer messages, set prices, dispatch crews, place orders, or make safety decisions. Connecting a test to live work is a separate decision.
How long does it take?+
That depends on the task, your tools, the examples, and who can review the work. We agree on the scope and timing before starting. We may suggest a smaller task—or tell you that AI is not the right fit.
What happens after the pilot?+
You get the agreed test, setup instructions, and the review of what worked and what still needs checking. Your accounts and data stay yours. Your team runs and checks any later use. Ongoing software, support, more tasks, or connecting live accounts are not included. Any paid work needs a separate agreement. You do not have to buy it.
