This notice covers visitors and business representatives who use the LMG Revenue website, complete a Revenue Growth Assessment, or communicate with us about a Booking Plan. A signed client agreement and its data terms govern any later paid engagement.

Information we collect

• Contact and business details, including your name, work email, business name, and business category.
• Structured business ranges about existing opportunity, new-demand readiness, monthly capacity, and average sale value.
• Required acknowledgements, submission identifiers, eligibility results, and submission timestamps.
• Limited technical and security information needed to prevent abuse, diagnose failures, and operate the assessment.

How we use information

We use this information to:

• assess fit and recommend a preliminary operating path;
• prepare and follow up on a requested Booking Plan;
• secure, troubleshoot, and improve the assessment journey;
• maintain submission and consent records; and
• comply with law and enforce acceptable-use boundaries.

Sharing and service providers

We may use contracted hosting, communications, scheduling, analytics, security, and customer-relationship service providers to operate the website and respond to your request.
