Better handoffs. Less lead chasing.
AI lead qualification collects the agreed facts that help your team decide the next step. LMG connects fit questions, approved follow-up, and booking so a salesperson receives useful context rather than just a name and email.
Book a CallDefine a good lead before automating
A lead score is not useful if nobody agrees what it means. We start with plain rules: what the buyer needs, where you can serve them, the relevant timing, and which details your team needs for a useful call.
Qualification should help a buyer find the right path, not trap them in an interrogation. Ask the fewest questions needed to distinguish a good fit from a request that needs a person. Do not make an AI infer budget, authority, or intent from someone's name or appearance.
What the sales team receives
A good handoff makes the next conversation easier. We agree on a small set of fields and keep the original context available in the tools your team already uses.
- The source and offer that brought the person in
- Their own description of what they need
- Answers to approved fit questions, with unknowns left unknown
- The next step they chose and any real booking details
- Exceptions, opt-outs, or requests for a person
Keep booking grounded in real availability
A suggested time is not a confirmed appointment. The calendar needs to return a real booking before the workflow can say it is booked. If the connection fails, the person should get a clear fallback, not a false success message.
Follow-up also needs limits. We scope the permitted channels, message windows, stop conditions, and who handles a reply. A buyer asking to stop should not be put back into the same flow by another automation.
The numbers that tell us whether it helps
Track unique inquiries, qualified inquiries, calls booked, calls held, sales, and collected revenue as different events. Deduplicate records so retries and repeat messages do not inflate the result. Keep the date range and source visible.
Review both missed opportunities and false positives. If the system sends many poor-fit calls, the questions or rules need work. If good buyers drop out, the flow may be asking too much. The service improves the handoff; it does not guarantee that a lead attends, buys, or produces revenue.
Choose the next step.
Bring your offer, recent buyer questions, and the tools your team uses. We will look for one practical workflow worth improving.
