LMG RevenueBook a Call

Give Instagram interest a next step.

Instagram DM automation helps a business respond to supported comments and incoming messages with a useful conversation. LMG designs the flow, connects approved tools, and routes the right people toward a product, a call, or your team.

Book a Call

Start with the question behind the comment

A comment asking for a price is different from someone asking whether your service covers their area. Sending both the same sales pitch wastes the chance to help. We map the questions buyers actually ask and give each one a clear next step.

The first flow should match one offer. For example, a service business might ask for a ZIP code and the work needed before offering an estimate. A store might help a buyer compare two products before sharing the right product page. These are illustrative workflows, not LMG client results.

What we build and manage

The engagement connects the conversation to the business behind it. Your team approves the answers and rules; we handle the setup and test the full path.

  • A supported entry point, such as an eligible comment trigger or incoming DM
  • Approved replies and product or service information
  • Short fit questions and permission-aware contact capture
  • A purchase, calendar, or named-person handoff
  • Tracking that keeps conversations, qualified leads, and outcomes separate

A comment is not unlimited permission

Private replies and ongoing messages have different rules. Manychat's documentation says an initial private reply does not by itself open the standard messaging window. The person must interact before the next part of the flow can continue.

We check account eligibility, permissions, and the chosen provider before launch. We do not promise messages to every follower, unlimited follow-up, or account safety based on a blanket compliance claim. Opt-outs and questions outside the approved answers need a clear exit or human handoff.

How we decide whether it fits

Bring examples of recent questions, the offer you want to sell, and the tools your team uses. If there is little inbound interest, creating demand may be the first job; automation cannot manufacture buying intent from an empty inbox.

The first review looks at eligible inquiries, responses, qualified conversations, and next steps taken. A booked call is not a held call, and a product link click is not a purchase. We use your actual sales records where available rather than calling every interaction revenue.

Choose the next step.

Bring your offer, recent buyer questions, and the tools your team uses. We will look for one practical workflow worth improving.
